One Day Classes for Ages 5-7

Kids won’t want to miss the excitement of hands-on activities, games, and crafts in these fun after-school classes! Participants must be in, or have completed, kindergarten at the time of each class. Adults are welcome to attend with the child, but it is not required.

Time:  3:30-4:30 p.m.
Location: Maeck Family Foundation Education Center
Cost:  $15 per class per child
           $12 for MOI members

Classes for 2014:

Aug. 4: Animals of Antarctica
Explore the amazing animals that call Antarctica home and find out how they can live in such a harsh land.

Aug. 11: Silly Science
Science really is a lot of fun! We’ll explore scientific concepts that happen around us every day.

Aug. 18: Crazy Race
What would it be like to race across a continent? Come learn about the Race to the End of the Earth  and build a racing machine.
