Willard Arts Center & Colonial Theater: 498 A St Idaho Falls, ID 83402 (208) 522-0471 The Willard Arts Center is Eastern Idaho's premiere visual and performing arts facility. Made up of three buildings, it offers a beautiful art gallery, children's art gallery, art classes, and the 970-seat Colonial Theater. The newly renovated Colonial Theater offers Broadway musicals, country western shows; jazz; children's plays; and classical, world and pop music. Their beautiful art gallery shows new exhibits every two months. This summer, do not miss their free summer concerts on the Snake River Greenbelt every Tuesday night, and The Snake River Youth Jam, a three-day children's arts festival in August. |

The Snake River Greenbelt: From the Broadway Bridge (5 blocks West of the Museum), the Greenbelt extends up both sides of the Snake river to the Highway 20 bridge at John's Hole. There is a walking path that takes you by many spots. You can see a statue of a Snake River Fur Trader, a Veteran's Memorial, the waterfall created by the city as a part of our hydro-power project, and many beautiful views. |

Idaho Falls Public Library: 457 Broadway Idaho Falls, ID 83402 (208) 529-1450 With a collection that exceeds 230,000, the Idaho Falls Public Library serves the community with a variety of up-to-date resources, along with programs and events for children, teens and adults. The focal point of the library is the atrium, gold fish pond and Sister City Garden located in the middle of the building. The children's classic, 'Where the Red Fern Grows,' was written when the author, Wilson Rawls, lived in Idaho Falls. To commemorate this event, a life-sized statue of Billy Coleman and his two hounds has been placed on the lawn of the library near Broadway Street. |

The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho: 300 S Capital Idaho Falls, ID 83402 (208) 524-7777 Idaho's newest art museum, The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho features the works of Idaho artists. It's four galleries are filled with dynamic, changing exhibits, and its children's gallery features works of local students. In October the museum hosts Idaho Paints Idaho, a juried exhibit of Idaho artists painting Idaho state parks. The museum's gift shop sells affordable works by Idaho artists and authors, unique jewelry and gifts. |

Most notable in recent years is that we have been proud champions of the Pioneer League in 1998 and again in 2000. The Chukars have fielded such stars as Frank Tanana, Jose Canseco, Billy Martin, and more recently, current pitching star Matt Clement. We have been equally as successful off the field as we have set franchise attendance records the past 3 out of 4 seasons, averaging around 1,800 fans per game over a 38 home game schedule. In addition to hosting over 64,000 Chukars fans annually, McDermott Field is also the home park for over 50 high school games and over 50 American Legion games each year. |
