The Eagle Rock USA Exhibit
|
The Eagle Rock USA exhibit is named for the small community which
later became the city of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Visitors to the
exhibit will venture down a main street of store fronts and see
how businesses at the turn of the century may have looked. The
exhibit is not a replica of the original Eagle Rock town site
but is representative of the architecture and furnishings of
the time. The majority of the artifacts and architectural items
were donated by Idaho Falls area residents, and the business
and professional names on the buildings were from ads in an
1880's newspaper.
